Today is the Pet Blogger Challenge Day! If you’re like me, you’re probably wondering what that is, I was when I first heard of it……
It’s an opportunity for lots of pet bloggers to come together to write about the same topic on the same day, and get to know each other, as well as introduce all their friends to the other pet blogs out there. Sounded like a cool challenge to me. Mum calls me a pet, so I guess I qualify to take part!!
Time to ponder........
Given it’s the start of the year, it also seemed like a great chance to take a step back and think about a few questions that the challenge had posed:
1. When did you begin your blog?
I started my blog at the start of September 2010, I also wrote a number of posts about some of my adventures leading up to that time, but the actual blog started in September.
2. What was your original purpose for starting a blog?
I started the blog so I could show mum’s really cool nephews (does that make them my cousins?) in the UK some pics and videos of me as I grow up and tell them about my adventures, they’re aged 9 and 13. I hoped it would make them smile, they’d had a really tough time last year 
3. Is your current purpose the same?
Sure, I still want to make them smile, but it’s not just that any more…..
If not, what’s different?
What’s different is that lots of other people around the world found my blog and started reading about my adventures too…….now I get the chance to try and make even more people smile 
If so, how do you feel you’ve met your goals?
If I can make one person smile with my cute face or my mischief then my goal is met
4. Do you blog on a schedule or as the spirit moves you?
I guess you could say I blog as the spirit moves me, it’s hard to keep up with it, as I’m so busy having fun…..
5. Are you generating income from your blog?
No
If not currently, do you hope to in the future — and how?
Maybe, I have a few ideas that will also involve raising money for charity – I’m a big fan of Guide Dogs for the Blind
6. What do you like most about blogging in general and your blog in particular (bragging is good!)?
I love writing about all my adventures and showing off how cute I am (well it said I can brag – tee hee:) One of my favourite things is the community, I love getting comments from both dogs and humans (cats and actually any other animals are welcome too! ), I get lots of advice, which is always welcome as I’m still just a young pup and learning the ropes……I love replying to all the comments and chatting with everyone, it’s fun!
7. What do you like least?
I often run out of time to write about ALL my adventures, I’m just having so much fun!
8. How do you see your blog changing or growing in 2011?
hmmmmm, let me think…….maybe I’ll try and find some more people who might like to visit my blog, in the hope I can make them smile too……..other than that, we’re just going to keep having fun……:)

My mum always loved Snoopy the cartoon, but it was Cory (aged 10) who actually came up with my name as he’s a Snoopy fan too, luckily it instantly got mum’s vote, Carly couldn’t come up with a better name and Dad agreed if he could call me Snoop dog…..mum says the name really suits me as I’m a real snooper!! Well, I’ve gotta check out all those interesting things I keep smelling everywhere…..:)
