Woohoo!! The Sun has got his hat on and I want to go out to play!! It’s been raining here for sooooo long!! It feels like months, but Mum says it’s only been weeks. This last week was the toughest…….personally I don’t get it, if I’m willing to go out in the garden and brave the elements why won’t Mum let me?
Hey Mum, we've got a pond in the garden!!
Can I go out if I promise not to go in the pond? Come on Mum....
Mum was so strict with me and we were only allowed to go out for walks and runs (mainly in between showers), but no way was I allowed to play in the garden – doh!!
I woke up nice and early yesterday and guess what?! The Sun is back, yay!! Mum, Dad and I went out for a nice early walk……
I've missed the Sun
BUT the garden's still soggy.......
As soon as the Sun was out I thought I’d be allowed in the garden, but Mum says I have to wait just a little longer until it dries out – when it does, those birds and squirrels had better watch out, cos I’ll be in charge of the garden again – and I’m coming out to play!! 
OOOh! You’ve had lots of rain and a little sun, and we’ve had lots of sun and today we got lots of rain!
Any word on what’s happening with the corner, now that your play thing is gone?

Yep, the grass sure is nice and green and soft, that’s how I like it so I can lie on it and play with my toys and eat my treats……yay!!

We’re having sun, too. Should be up to 80 degrees by the end of the week here. That’s what I get for living in the almost desert.
