I have a really special post today. I came across Surf Dog Ricochet a while ago. Yes, he really can surf and he uses his skills to help raise lots of money for lots of wonderful causes.
Today is National Pay It Forward Day – the organisers are hoping to inspire over 3 million acts of kindness around the world. Maybe you’ve seen the movie Pay It Forward? It’s about a 12 year old boy who did 3 good deeds for others that needed his help, he then simply asked if they would do 3 good deeds for others in return.
Ricochet has launched ‘Paw It Forward’ – and his special Paw It Forward Project is to help raise funds for a 12 year old girl, Jessica Joy Rees who was recently diagnosed with an in-operable brain tumor. Ricochet is selling Paw It Forward wristbands to help raise funds and awareness.
Jessie has set up her own Foundation too in order to help others - it’s called NEGU (Never Ever Give Up) – this is Jessie’s motto.
