Guess who came to stay for a long weekend? Yep, you got it, my great Beardie buddy from next door, Cosmo!! Woohoo!! I knew we were in for a fun time!!
Cosmo’s not great at playing, although we did play this game on Friday night called, “Who’s got the bone?” The moment one of us got tired from chewing on my favourite bone the other had to go and sneak up and get the bone – it went on for hours, it was cool!!
I also decided to try and teach Cosmo how to play Hide n’ Seek – this was no easy task…….
Ok Cosmo, all you have to do is one of us hides and then the other one seeks - got it?
Hmmmm, I dunno Snoopy, it sounds kinda complicated!
Ok, I'll go first, you look away, hmmm - where to hide?
That bush over there looks like a good place to hide.....
No looking Cosmo, I'm gonna hide now.....
Cosmo, I've been here for ages, you're supposed to come and find me?
Ok, your turn Cosmo!
Cosmo, I can still see you!! I'm still thinking Snoops, I can't decide where to hide!
Mum, can we come in please? I think we're done with this game......
Hey Snoops, I think I've worked out this game!! Don't look - I'm gonna hide....
Ok Snoops, I'm hidden, you can look now!!

I love, love, love it when he comes over – although I was on high alert all weekend in case Mum tried to take him back, luckily she didn’t!!
Just btw, that was MY bed he hid in – he’s lucky I like to share!! I even give up my bed for the guests and sleep on the floor – I’m so good!! Tee Hee

Dude, you are the most patient Hide and Seek player ever. But I guess if I had a fun friend like Cosmo to play with I woudl be patient too.
We are having a birthday party today for Max the schnauzer and I think I will try and teach everyone how to play Hide and Seek for one of the games.

You can’t believe how patient I was, I told him the rules so many times and then waited for what seemed like ages behind the bush for him to come and look for me, but he just didn’t get it – doh!! Maybe I’ll practice some more with him next time?
