Yep, you read it correctly, we’ve actually got rain here in California!! We haven’t had proper rain since………….. I dunno, pretty much about last Spring!!
I’m really happy as I like to splash in the Muddy Puddles – ooops, did I say Muddy? Tee Hee
Mum is less happy because even though she knows we need rain she much prefers Sunshine!! Oh come on Mum – let’s have some fun!!
Mum just thinks the rain is an excuse to get me to wear those Doggy Boots – Yikes!!
I'm not even gonna look at the Boots, so therefore they don't exist, right?!! 
They’ve even got special long socks to go with them – really Mum? I’ve told you before it’s just not gonna happen!!
Plus, Cosmo doesn’t wear Boots in the Rain and I know he’ll just laugh at me – I’m not a girl you know!!
That’s a long time without a proper rain!! I will have to say, I love those boots!! I have been begging my mom to get me some for quite a while now! I do not like muddy paws and wet ground so they would be perfect for me. Have fun playing in the puddles!!

Yep, my Mum loves them too – her brother bought them for her Golden Retriever Harry she used to have – they’re made my Vibram, I prefer the real barefoot feel though!!
I think Mum thinks one day she will convince me they’re a good idea – Hmmmm, don’t hold your breath!!

Goodness the first rain of the season! That’s exciting! I hope your mommy let you bypass the boots for some free range running around and stomping in puddles (it just wouldn’t be the same if you had to wear shoes!!)

Haha I know what you mean, Snoopy! Someone gave me the same boots in purple (only lots smaller, of course!) and I don’t like them at all! Mom keeps saying how she has to take video of me walking so weird when they’re on….but I always manage to kick them off….that’s the secret.

I want to make it really clear I did NOT wear the silly boots, nor do I ever have any intention of wearing them!!
