The other day I had to go to visit my vet for my Annual physical – I’m 2 now and I know that often means getting a shot, so let me tell you I wasn’t as keen as I used to be when I got inside.
It was great though, it turned out to be an Annual Treat Fest – and NO shots!! Woohoo!!
I have to confess I did think about getting up to a little Mischief – my vet has a CATS door and a DOGS door and I did wonder if it would be funny to use the CATS door?! Tee Hee
But Mum, don't you think it would be funny just to see what would happen? 
Oooh - decisions, decisions, which way to go?

I don’t think your Mom would think it was very funny, Snoops! It’s probably NOT a good idea to upset your Mom before she takes you into the Vet ~ they have lots of sharp needles in there!

Yeah, I can tell you I was glad Dr Rick gave me the thumbs up, one time he said I needed to lose a few pounds, that wasn’t good!! This time he said my weight was perfect – no rations on the Carrots for me!!

We’re glad you didn’t have to get a shot! Our vet’s office has a cat door and a dog door too. When you get inside you can see across to the cat side. Even though we like cats, mommy always says our eyes bug out of our heads at the sight of so many cats within such a close distance.

I feel I should warn you. On the other side of that CATS door, about 100 or 200 cats lay in wait. Each with 20 finely sharpened claws. And when us cats go to the VET, we typically don’t display the kind of happy-go-lucky demeanor you seem to be accustomed to.

Thanks for the warning!! That’s a LOT of sharp claws – I’ve encountered Cat claws one time and I didn’t really like it, luckily I have my shield of fluff, but I think it can only protect me so far….
So, I’m gonna try the walk away approach you mention – the Mischief Maker in me will find that kinda hard…..
Glad you liked my animation, I did it to impress you – I’m in ‘try to impress the Cats and then we can be friends’ mode – I’m gonna have to get Mum to work a bit on keeping the backgrounds the same though….she’s trying….

We just posted part 2 of the lesson. Your mom is right, she needs to get the backgrounds almost identical. If she uses Photoshop and understands layers, she can put one on top of the other and move them around until they match, then crop both at the same time so everything is the same size. Glogirly said she’s happy to help. xo

Your Glogirly is very talented, my Mum not so much, she’s tried many times to do the layers thing (on Gimp) – even given up lots of valuable ‘play with Snoopy’ time and she still hasn’t mastered it….doh!!

Our vet’s office has the dog and cat door too. It’s funny when I went (minus dogs) to pick up medicine I automatically used the dog door even though the cat door was closer! I have to make a concious effort when I go to use the cat door instead.
