In case you haven’t noticed, I put up with a lot around here!
The other day Mum started laughing at me (and of course taking pictures!) as she declared the way my hair was looking made me look like Pebbles – from the cartoon The Flintstones!
Pebbles? She’s a GIRL Mum!
I was so NOT happy! Can you see the stink eye I gave Mum?
I wonder if any other Dogs have to endure this kind of nonsense?!

At this very moment mom is making me wear a Pink leash! Not outside, thank goodness, but in the house. It’s because we have a tiny puppy friend visiting and mom is worried that I might crush him with my giant body if we get to playing too much
But why is it that he gets the black and red leash while I am stuck with this girly one??

Not having see the much Flinstones, free of bias, I think Pebbles is a rather neutral name. Pretty Unisex I’d say. Kinda cute. Wouldn’t bother me.
Our guys don’t have to put up with many “pet names” really, besides their names they might be referred to as Love, Honey, Buddy, Little Girl, Baby … Hm, come to think of it, sounds much worse than Pebbles! LOL

I know how you feel Snoopy. When my family took me to the groomers that one time, everyone thought I was a poodle! Now, I love poodles, but I’m proud of my Havachon heritage, so I wasn’t too happy even though my family was smiling a lot. So I understand what it’s like to have humans mess with your hair and make you look like something you’re not. But have no fear – you’re still a super handsome dude in my book!
