Stop messing with me!

After all the Shenanigans with Bradley last week hiding my toys, I’ve come up with a new strategy!

I’ve decided to take the toys of the day to bed with me, I wake up to the slightest thing, so I know my balls are safe today! :)

I wonder what other doggies have to do to avoid having their toys stolen/hidden?!

Have a Wonderful Wednesday! :)

  1. Good idea Snoop. Our Tino used to take his toys outside and at first he would bury them, but then he just took to leaving them any random place in the yard.

    • Hi Slimdoggy

Cosmo next door is keen on burying stuff too, this is new to me, cos I’m an only dog and I’m used to just leaving stuff lying around! :)

  2. I don’t have toys :(
you are lucky you still have toys, Snoopy

  3. You are smart, Snoopy. I don’t have this problem because I don’t play with toys anymore.

  4. I think you’ve got a good plan there… unless someone is really quick and stealthy you toys are safe!

  5. Gracie’s toys are safe here…cats show no interest in them. However, Gracie does tend to steal the cats toys, so if anyone’s got a beef in this household it’s the kitties! Have a super Wednesday!

  12. My girl dog is quiet and sneaky. She hides in my bedroom with whatever she wants to keep to herself. Just last night she walked by, head to the side, on her way to my room. I followed her back, calling her, since it looked like she had something in her mouth. Turns out it was a ziplock bag with a few treats left in the bottom. Sneaky dog.

I gotta agree with you, I’m doing my best, it’s hard with so many kids in the house, think I might put a lock on my toy box? :)

      Have a fun day

  15. It’s always a good idea to keep an eye on the toys, S. Every night, Mom puts mine in my toybox, and they stay safe in there till morning. I’m afraid of my toybox, so Mom helps me pick out my toys for the day.

Why are you afraid buddy? I just put my head in, rumble around and come up with my selected toy of the day! :) I love that your Mom helps you pick yours out though! :)

      Have fun,

      Snoops :)

Oh I long for those days, I used to be carefree too, though I didn’t have as many humans to play with either – I guess this is the price I have to pay! :)

      Have fun,

I’d love to see you getting your toys in order each night!! Mum used to have a Golden Retriever, Harry, and he used to bring his toys down from the bedroom each morning and take them all up to bed one at a time every night! :)

      Have fun,

  22. Your pal Toby piles them up and then lays on top of them. He has to, or Meadow will do the same thing. They steal from each other ALL DAY. :-)

Be thankful you’re an only dog. (Aside for that new dog that copies you that is. Better watch out he doesn’t pull the same stunt!)
Donna recently posted..Good Thing The Little One’s AgileMy Profile

    • Hi Donna

That’s a smart move on Toby’s part! When Cosmo’s here, the moment one of us stops playing with a toy the other swoops in – I never imagined I’d have to be on guard with just humans around though – doh! And that copy dog better not get up to anymore mischief! :)

      Have a fun day

      Snoops :)

  23. I’m an only dog, but when I go to visit my human grandparents I am afraid that I am the toy taker. Their dog, Mille, hides her toys from me, and sometimes my Gran doesn’t find them for weeks. :-)

  25. my pain in the hind brother monkey takes everything. My toys, my bed, my nylabones. I just hide under the blankets or next to my momma and he won’t take a thing. He is a bad little monkey – even pushes me away when I try to drink water!

    WOOF.

    • Sorry buddy,

I’m trying not to giggle, but it’s the way you tell on him! Going to Mum for protection is always a good move,

      Woofs back at ya,

  26. LOL excellent strategy Snoopy. Just hope you wake up should anyone mess with your toys. :)
