Monday Mischief – Is Snoopy in trouble again?!

I’m always getting blamed for stuff around here.  This week was no different, this time (as most), it was for mischief!  This mischief involved stuffing, or more precisely ‘destuffing’!

I have some toys that have been with me forever and they haven’t lost a single bit of stuffing, then I have some others that last just 5 minutes and I have a few in between.  I think it’s completely a ‘quality control’ issue – therefore not my fault!  I give all my toys the same kinda play time and it’s unfortunate if some just aren’t up to it?!

My soldier had been doing super well until Mum discovered a problem…..

Snoopy, what did you do to your soldier?

Snoopy, what did you do to your soldier?

You think I did that? Just cos I was playing with him doesn't mean it was me!

Maybe he hurt his leg when he fell off the sofa, I'll go and check on him!

Oh dear! I don't think I can repair you Mr Soldier!

I decided to take the stuffing and play with it in my bed!

This is just as much fun as the actual soldier!

I was playing with it like it was a piece of chewing gum (not that I've ever been allowed any of that!)

And the reason Mum let me play with it was cos she knew I'd spit it out in the end - it doesn't taste of anything good!

I wonder what everyone else does when they get the stuffing out of their toys (or when it accidentally falls out?!) Tee Hee

    • Hey Lily & Edward,

You’re so right, I didn’t even realize Mum was watching what was going on, I need to be quicker! :)

      Wags to all,

      Snoops :)

  2. Lol Snoops, you should’ve sat on the stuffing to hide it, then they would’ve have blamed you

  4. I always pull the stuffing out of a toy when someone new comes to my house to visit.

  8. You need some other pets in the house to draw the heat off of you! Bailie destuffs. She usually leaves it all lying around the crime scene, but when she was younger she ate a bunch of it. Luckily it all came out the other end in the form of about 1 1/2 days of white fluffy poo!

  9. Wow look at those teeth! That soldier must have been pretty scared! ;) That’s one difference between you and Daisy, Snoopy – you’re smart and only play with the stuffing, while Daisy eats it!

    • Hi Daisy

Eating it is not my thing, I don’t even eat green veggies, only things that taste good are good enough for me to eat! :)

      Wags to all,

      Snoops :)

  10. Great job, Snoopy!!! We are de-stuffing pros! Sometimes we do eat and sometimes we just play around with it and then watch mom pick it all up. BOL! Do you have a kitty? Sometime we try blaming it on ours. BOL!

  11. Stuffies last forever around here. Chewy loves them, but doesn’t unstuff them. Treats? Those last less than two seconds.

  12. Nice one Snoopy. I leave the stuffing all over the floor for my staff to clean up. Got to give them something to do don’t you? Have a marvellous Monday.

    • Hey Talent Hounds

I could do with some tips, my buddy Cosmo next door hides stuff in the garden, I just leave everything lying around!

      Wags to all,

      Snoops :)

  14. Snoopy we are slowing learning about the de-stuffing process around here!

  15. Vaks always pull out the stuffing of our toys, and then he eat it. Not the stuffing but the rest of the toy. And then he trow up the toy. And then mom got to pick up the disgusting throw up LOL.

  16. Mr. N’s stuffies remain intact but we have to hide them from Sage when she comes to visit.

    Hi Snoopy
Have you still got solider, cause my Mum could fix him when she comes to visit at the end of the month!!

  18. Harley usually omits the stuffing, searches for the plastic squeakier and then proceeds to run around the house with it in his mouth – driving us crazy. And this isn’t reserved for just Mondays, it’s any day of the week!

  19. I usually get it taken off me straight away!

  20. Sometimes, stuffings “fall out” of my toys. It makes me get very excited when that white fluff is all over. I pick it up and put it down and shake the damaged toy and run around like a nut.

  21. Oh gosh, I know my cats love to destroy their toys – and they too like to just have the fluffy part in their mouth. I have to admit they look kind of cute with a puff ball in their mouth (and you looked cute too Snoopy!). But then I have to be the “mean mom” and take the destroyed toy away.

  22. Oh goodness. Mr. K can totally relate to how you feel, Snoopy. He’s always blamed for de-stuffing toys but claims innocence. The fluff in his beard is merely circumstantial evidence, he says. I guess we’ll never know for sure! Much love, The Scottie Mom.

  23. You’re a nut, Snoopy! Unfortunately, Luke can’t be trusted NOT to eat it, so the Momz has to collect it all up as it comes out.
