Monday Mischief – ER operations!

Do you remember a few weeks ago there was a little ‘incident’ with my soldier!

Well, my human grandma saw my post and offered her excellent surgery skills to get soldier back into shape!

She hopped on a plane from England just to do this special task and arrived this week (ok, maybe her and Grandad were coming anyway?) :)

By the time she arrived Mum had got out ALL of my injured toys she’d been storing who were also awaiting surgery! (And actually quite a few weren’t even broken, so I don’t know why they weren’t in my toy box?!)

Can you believe how many toys had been put into 'time out'?!

First they needed (apparently!) pre-op bathing in the washing machine!

It clearly wasn't a good idea to put them in the machine as they lost even more stuffing, see, it's not ALWAYS my fault they get damaged! At last some proof I could be innocent! :)

I did an inventory the moment they got out of the machine!

22, 23, 24 - I think they might all be there.....

And look where they all are now! My toy box is totally full! It's like Christmas came early! Thanks Grandma!

Does anyone else have ER surgeons flying in to repair their toys?! :)

  7. Mom runs the stuffie clinic at my house. She is chief surgeon, Bailie and I often assist. Our emergencies typically get surgery immediately, though. Glad you have all your toys back!

  8. I just let my pups take all the stuffing out—and then they play with the “pelts”–the empty carcasses of once-adorable stuffies.

  9. Snoopy, you’re lucky to have such a talented surgeon in the family.

I tried operating on some of Honey’s favorite toys. I was able to help her hedgehog but her favorite lambie is currently on palliative care. I’m afraid it’s only a matter of time.

  10. How wonderful that you have such gifted visitors! My mommy did surgery on my torn toys, but for some reason I can’t resist pulling out those stitches – they’re just too tempting! Have a fun visit! :)

  11. You clearly have the bestest grandhuman in the world. We don’t have any grands but we know, if we did, they would love us and probably come rescue our soldiers too. Lucky lucky you, Snoopy. – Your friends at DogDaz Zoo

  12. Oooh Snoopy, you have a very nice Grandma ! It’s fantastic, your Grandma is a Magician ! ;-) She repaired all your broken toys. They are as new. It’s Christmas before Christmas ! :-)

  13. Good to have a grandma! The bits and pieces could be put in mesh bags, just to keep the innards together in the wash.
The new box is a great size to pull all the toys out of and strew them around the room. It keeps your mom busy picking them up. You know she loves to do that! Have fun ripping them up again! LEeAnna and Cole at not afraid of color

  24. I only wish I had a professional to repair the toys that tear themselves open. Mom fixes the rips herself, and UGH. Long, zigzaggy, black scars are left behind everywhere. Anybody know a plastic surgeon?

  25. Snoopy you have an awsome grandma!! I love mine too. She and grandpa are my daily doggie day care when my hooman parents go to work and that is where I get to hang out with my Uncle Teddy. I’m acutally pretty good with my toys but when I have certain furry friends over mine have to go to the ER as well and my hooman mom can sew up people but not my toys. I still can’t figure out why….. Shasta

  26. I think your Grandfolks are possibly only telling your mum they have come for a visit so she doesn’t feel bad that they hoped on a plan only to mend your stuffies!!

  27. Snoopy my toys are beyond repair BOL. Sorry wez not been across in ages, the staff has been pawly for over 87000 years. Wez mizzed you xxoxxxx
