Monday Mischief – Who stole the chips?

It’s been a while since I stole any kind of food (assuming it was actually me!), and guess who Mum immediately thought had stolen the chips, it was Dad!  I’m pretty good, hey?

Of course, she asked him if he’d eaten the chips and when he denied it, immediately it became a crime and I’d STOLEN them, how does that work?!

Mum had come home and put her bag onto the bed and gone off into another room to do something!

Detective puppy had jumped onto the bed and checked out said bag and discovered a pot of gold, ok, maybe not, it was a partial bag of plantain chips in there!

I quickly scoffed them before Mum came back, but forgot to destroy the evidence and left it on the bed – Doh!  Such a rookie mistake!

Mum recruited Dad to try and get me to confess, just as if - so no confession, Mum giggling and another victory to this Master of Mischief! :)

Has anyone else found any goodies to eat lately? :)

  2. Every once in awhile, one of the rats will go through my book bag and find a granola bar.

Unfortunately, if the rattie would just stay in the bag, she could probably eat a great deal of the granola bar.

However, the rats are greedy and want to take the granola bar back to their stash of good stuff. And a rat trying to drag a granola bar across the living room floor just makes too much noise for me to not notice!

But my, do they get grumpy when I take away their treasure! Lucky for them, I’ll usually feel bad and give them a bit anyways.

  5. Such a rookie mistake, but I cannot believe your parental units did not believe you!

Yesterday, on our walkies, I asked to go a special route, so I could find my favorite doggy poop, and I found it before Mom could pull me away! A poop treat, indeed. Sometimes I am an Eater of S*&t.

    Keep on wagging.

  11. I’m a big fan of those plantain chips. I can see why Snoopy thought they were delicious. He just needs to hide the evidence better next time.

    • Hi Susan and the gang,

Yep, Mum loves them too as they’re pretty much the only chips she can eat, but I think I’ve developed a liking for them too! :)
